Good stuff but incredibly rude owner who doesn’t give you time or space to think about whether or not you wish to make a purchase and instead is pushy and just wants you to pay almost shoving PDQ machine under my face. Next time we went in he was like ‘don’t bother with them, they just look and do not buy’. People need time to check and see what they like and look around other places. I’m not just going to dish out my money for costume jewellery which is overpriced and costs half as much as my outfit to the first few shops I walk into. If I had time I would’ve made purchase second time round but he put me off.

Avoid this store called TOUCH and GLITTER. They sell broken goods, awful and customer service is awful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They don’t deserve any star because of their behavior.. If i give them 5🌟 that will be for worse customer service & rude behavior.

Overall great store. Management and staff were all polite. Great prices and overall would recommend to friends and family to come here.

Great customer service and wonderful prices on jewellery and bags. Excellent prices on shoes btw.

1st August visiting time 3-5 pm
Experienced worst customer service. 2 of the shop’s ladies did abusive behaviour. I tried their earrings mistakenly because there wasn't any (notice sign) for customers. When they told us politely say apologies and told them I was misled because the previous shop allows it. 1st lady didn't accept my apologies and continued her lectures. Another girl came and started rude behave. I told her sorry with tier eye! Asked why she is too rude? literally, she starts shouting and say “I want to start an argument with her!” Then I told her I want to buy these earrings so can I try them.she snatched the earrings from my hand and say "pay 1st" ...she charged £10 for that earrings but it was in offer 2 for £10...I was shocked at what she did with me...just pay the money and directly get out of the shop... After that incident we went to another shop it was big wedding shopping we did £500 worth of shopping but never faced that kind of abusive behaviour. Never-ever recommend this shop to my friends and family.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Overpriced, they sell broken goods and have appalling customer service! AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
