Watch bought only 2 weeks ago. (mechanical) . was losing time so decided to take back. Had reciept. This was not a cheap watch. Wanted to keep the watch , no apology. The very tanned woman had aweful customer service skills and there was no rush on thier part to sort it. Asked for a refund in the end. Poor, poor service

Very helpful staff when i popped in for a specific item. Lady produced a large selection and helped in the picking process.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, I used to shop in the Waterlooville branch but when it closed I was only too happy to come to Petersfield for such excellent service. Thankyou.
