Highly recommended place. Very cooperative staff. We dealt with a salesman called Binni. But other staff is equally good too. Shop is neat and clean. Shopkeepers are genuine. Brand is authentic. What else to ask for?.

Margins are too high compared to other stores but when it comes to designs they do have some unique pieces.

Staff friendly. Very professional. The atmosphere looks really nice, better than other gold shops. Bought two pairs of 22 carat gold small hoop earrings. 2.13 for £155 which I'd say isn't a bad price. They give you a printed invoice and comes in really nice box and gift bag.

Visited Joy Alukkas last week to buy a bangle for my mom. Its crowded, and had to wait a bit. They have plenty of collections to choose from. Apart from the waiting time, the experience was good.

Nice and friendly place but opened up later than published time, need to update opening times on the site . Hopefully they will have much bigger collection in new shop
