Excellent service from Richard recently. I saw a bangle that I liked elsewhere but it was out of stock. In my hunt to find an alternative one I stumbled across Pobjoy Diamonds. I contacted Richard showing him the one I liked and he came back with a selection of similar items within a matter of an hour or so. I chose an item and it was delivered within a day. All very efficient and a great truly old fashioned service.

Pobjoy were perfect for our requirements as we wanted an ethical diamond for an engagement ring and it was very easy to look at the designs and select what we wanted from the website.
This was then followed up with a visit to their premises set in beautiful countryside where we finalised the details and the ring was created. Communication on progress were provided until we received the ring and so far we are very happy with it.

Pobjoy has been an absolutely pleasure to deal with and has made us both the most beautiful wedding rings. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the personal service made it very easy and enjoyable without any stress. We will definitely be using them again. We highly recommend them.
