Having just moved to this area I wanted to find a reliable jewellers and found AV & BV Andrews. It’s a small shop with a big heart. The service was first class and couldn’t be more helpful and courteous. They were very obliging, and I was looking for an eternity ring with diamonds, and they made one for me with 7 diamonds on a gold band and I was absolutely delighted with the result, perfect. Thank You, one happy customer.

I had the pleasure of using this shop a few weeks before Christmas, we were looking for a unique gift, something unusual not the normal high street jewellery.
The whole experience was a joy, the shop is a traditional jewellers, comfortable and cosy.
We were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, knowledgeable but not pushy.
Have already recommended to all our friends and will definitely be using again.
A five star rating from me, only because I can't give a six!!!

My family has used this jewellers for years and never fails to do a perfect job. I recently have my engagement ring resized. It was quick don't perfectly and the price was very good!

I love this jewellers, they are always very accommodating and very helpful. I have been going here for many years for my watch batteries. They ordered a pair of earrings for me last week, which I picked up today. I was more than happy with them and they ordered 2 sizes to make sure. Recently read some reviews of andrews Ltd as we needed a simple repair on a pendant and needed to purchase a new gold chain found them very friendly and reasonably priced on collecting the item they had made a really good job would highly recommend them top marks.

We have used Andrews on several occasions and they always exceed our expectations! The latest purchase was our wedding rings, fabulous quality and the usual excellent service. Thank you, we’ll be back!
