Stood 3rd in line outside this store with two young children the day before fathers day for 10 mins, which I absolutely understand is necessary at this time. The two parties in front of us were then allowed in as others left, so we moved to the front of the queue. At this time a young sales assistant approached the front door and said that it was very busy and that they closed in 10 mins so there was no point in waiting.

Now this I do not understand or find acceptable, particularly at this moment in time. While online purchasing booms, we are encouraged to support small local businesses... But honestly with that sort of service after having already waited for some time and the store still not due to close for 10 minutes, I can confidently say that I personally will never shop there again. Thank goodness for Room No 9 who were far more welcoming and offered a fast and friendly service!
