Bought an engagement ring with them and liked the policy of 30 days return if something goes wrong. (And the ring was not used, of course)
In my case the size was not correct.

Note: they have sales from time to time, so if you plan way ahead you might be able to get a better deal.

Really impressed with customer service I received today. The manager Steve was brilliant. Promised to check my watch within the hour before deciding if it needed to be sent away for a second time. Watch was ready before the hour was up with a new battery. Turns out the first time they sent it away to Michael Kors for repairs they didn’t change the battery but had fixed the fault. Steve said there was no charge for new battery as it should have been replaced by Michael Kors the first time round. Lovely staff all round, thank you! I have missed my watch whilst in lockdown 👍👍👍

Got my daughter's ears pierced and they were excellent, very accommodating and efficient. My daughter was very pleased.

They steal your gold. I went there to have an 18 carat gold clasp replaced on my chain and the lady wrote on the repair sheet, that the original clasp must be returned.

I got the chain back and the broken clasp wasn't included. I asked the staff and they said they would find out and let me know. Never heard from them.

Limited stock of watch straps, but the service was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Went in to replace an expensive necklace, but they said they could repair it instead. At a fraction of the cost of replacing it.
Did it while we waited, quick and efficient.

Got Brett to serve me, great lad, very patient and comprehensive, knows his watches, I was struggling to find what I wanted, hinted at a watch, patient all the way through my trials, no pressure - end result I left with the one he'd recommended. And that's coming from a customer that has a very hardcore mind of his own. Well done !

Went in for a specific bracelet but it wasn't in stock. The kind lady searched for it from another store and got it delivered the next day. Even better that on paying, it had 50% off.
