J G Wrench Jewellers Leek

Tried to rip me off by saying the reason for my watch not working wasn’t the battery but something else more serious. But offered to re waterproof the watch for £39.00
Naturally I declined and left the shop.
On my return to my local town in Norfolk I took the watch to a jewellers and had the battery replaced and it works perfectly.

Not from the area, had a walk around leek and found this jewellers - lovely and well presented shop. The staff very friendly and helped me find the perfect gift for mothers day at a good price!
I'd come back here without doubt and recommend it to others.

Happened to be in the area at the same time my watch had stopped and luckily I stumbled across J G Wrench - the staff are very pleasant and when I explained I was only in the area for a day they offered to replace my battery there and then! This is a properly ran and managed family business clearly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

stay well clear i took my watch in for repair twice to get pin replaced they changed one then another broke coinsidenently all in all it cost me £20 and i still have a broken watch the exact same pin that they surposedley fixed and reasured me it woulmt happen again. ripped off in style wont be returning

I had a broken gold chain, I didn’t want to buy a new one as it has sentimental value. Jane was amazing and advised me of my options. I decided to get the chain repaired, the staff handled everything perfectly. Speedy service and excellent results, would highly recommend! 😊

My Daughter brought two pairs of Studd earrings with gems in for Christmas presents 2019 and by January they both had gems fall out!! When we returned them to the shop she was asked for a bank statement because the receipt couldn't be found , not a problem but said No refund, you can have the value of the earrings, which she did.. But after a few weeks my pearl dropped off mine 😥 went in to complain The Manager basically made out it was my fault 🤷‍♀️ Always shopped here for years! But this year I won't be..
The staff are lovely, but the Manager is very rude..

My husband visited during March this year looking for gift ideas for our 25th wedding anniversary and it’s fair to say that without the help, guidance and patience of Martin - I’d still be waiting.
I received a personalised silver necklace with matching earrings and cannot thank J G Wrench enough.

Very friendly staff and manager. Went in with some old unwanted gold jewellery and was offered over twice as much as another jeweller in the area.
Will definitely use this shop again.
