The staff were excellent. Really patient with my daughter. She decided to have a melt down just before she was going to have her ears pierced. They were kind no pressure and very patient with her. Thank you for the great experience.

I visited Hinds in Camberley today and had a really good customer service experience. I was asking for something a bit unusual regarding watch batteries ( I know hard to explain!) The staff were not only accommodating but very pleasant and went out of their way to help me. Well done Camberley staff !!!

Went in to buy a ring. The sales assistant (didn’t catch her name but she was mature, had short dark hair and stood at around 5’4/5) was incredibly rude, condescending and had a really nasty attitude. Not once did she smile or offer any polite words. I asked to look at some jewellery and she was clutching the pieces to her chest as if I was about to run off with them!

I left the store feeling really quite sad and upset that she’d been so dismissive and treated me this way. I ended going to H Samuel next door and bought a few bits for my friends birthday there instead.

Very professional and replaced by hugo boss watch battery very quickly all staff polite and professional
