We had a lovely experience here looking for wedding rings. Our intention was really just to browse, get sized up and an idea of prices. Unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked but Sam who was a visiting manager to the store was really lovely, made our visit very personal by actually trying to get to know us as well as paying close attention to our reactions to the rings we were shown. I wish I had found something I liked here as she was just brilliant but in the end I found something in the shape i liked and for a bit cheaper in HMSamuels.

I've brought a few things from this store and staff are always professional and helpful. I did turn up here once on a Tuesday (12/07/2022) at 17:30 and store was shut? Even though store opening and closing times say 18:00. Both on the official website and the malls website.

I had my girlfriend pick up a high end watch as a gift. She turned up in a tracksuit after her work in the ambulance service to be scoffed at and asked by a disgusting member of staff who repeatedly asked where she worked, didn’t believe she was there to buy the watch etc. Honestly I could teach a child to not judge a book by its cover so you would expect basic sales team training wouldn’t you?
Walked past the shop today and bought a watch and ring from H.Samuel instead who I can always rely on. Literally owned by the same company. Shocking mate.

I brought a luxury longines watch august last year (can provide reference numbers and receipts on request) with a retail price of £3000. The service to start was good, with in about 9 months of owning the watch i started to have issues. The face of the watch fogged up! And was told this could be water damage. Firstly i have an automatic watch winder which charges the watch and there is no need for me to touch the crown. I also had not been swimming with the watch. The crown fell off the watch and luckily i was able to find! Ernest jones said they will send it off for repair which is fair enough. After nearly 2 months of being in repair i had a call to say it was ready to be picked up. I wore the watch for a weekend and placed back in the automatic watch winder. After leaving it for a week i went to put the watch back on and the automatic movement had stopped! I continued to wear the watch however it would tick for about 5 seconds then stop for a few minutes and so on. I was not happy at this point as i am now without a watch again. I returned to ernest jones and they said it needs to be sent off again! This is not what you expect when you spend alot of money on a watch! I want a replacement as the standards that the watches are fixed at are clearly not significant! And its not fair i will now be without for another few months in repair and furthermore how long will it stay fixed after its retured! Not sure if this is up to ernest jones or longines however i want the issue resolved either way as not a happy customer!

Having been to New York with my partner & getting proposed to with a gorgeous ring from Ernest Jones jewellers, it was a little disappointing that the beautiful ring was too big, but on our return we went straight back to the store & could not have been more looked after by the staff. Hifsa & Chloe could not have been more helpful, & within 2 days my beautiful ring was back on my finger with the correct size, the attention to detail & the way we were looked after in the store was wonderful, thank you again Hifsa & Chloe & Ernest Jones Jewellers would definitely recommend 😄

Nice and well managed store. Luxury watches beautiful collection. Friendly store Manager, Imran was very patient, customer focused, helpful and enabled me to take a decision in choosing my dream watch.

Highly recommend to friends and relatives..

Very impressed with the service, I bought a Tissot watch which was a bargain, I mistakenly thought the date could not be set, Earnest Jones ordered a new watch and I returned to the shop to find the error was on my part and the watch worked perfectly, the salesman offered the new watch as I had made the journey, I thought that was a wonderful gesture, I declined, but the service and the way they handled the problem was impressive. I can truly say you will get a first class service from a first class team.
