Really polite helpful staff. Unfortunately my watch is acting strange but I didn't have my receipt with me. It was bought almost 18 months ago. Within minutes the young man had found my details and logged my watch for repair, no hassle and no problem at all! Would definitely recommend.

My fiance bought me a necklace from Beaverbrooks for Christmas which really was not to my taste. I popped in to the store earlier today to exchange it and I was very pleased with how easy the exchange process was. Lisa.provided me with great service and is also very charming, I will definitely use this store again in the future.

Amazing service, as I can remember the gentleman who served me was Sofiane. He was quick and efficient with my purchase and advised me on some other important stuff. Will go back again.

Terrible service! Don’t even bother with this place horrible service and don’t even want to help.

I brought a ring from here and the after couple of months the diamond fell out so I went to try get it replace or refund and they said they have to send it to get evaluated. Hear back in 5-7 working days. After 9 days I had to contact them as heard no response. When I finally heard back they was claiming I broke the ring saying it was bent out of shape when I order the ring the ring was already to small as I buy the same size all the time which fit the finger with easy removal space this ring did not have that extra space. I’ve waiting over 3 weeks to solve this problem. If this happened to a ring from Pandora they would just replace the ring here just blame me and say they want to help but don’t help. Don’t bother wasting time and money just go pandora it’s better.

Popped into Beaverbrooks at Watford today to purchase a new watch. Met by Daniel one of their sales consultants who advised me on the size and type ( I had already decided on which brand I was interested in) he was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.
