Very good customer service in store. But 3 hrs click and collect for 1 charm is a bit slow

Popped into your store on Saturday for a few gifts,we were served by Alex who told us she had only been working there for 5 days as a christmas colleague. We would just like to say a great big thank you to this young lady she was such a lovely helpful person & to say she hasnt been there that long she was amazing so helpful polite & a big credit to your store please make sure she gets to see this & tell her to keep doing what shes doing shes fab

Poor service. Wouldn't replace with receipt. A pandora product all paperwork forwarded but wouldn't exchange.
Shame as I was going to buy a bracelet of quite a much higher value that viewed in store!!
