Appauling customer service. Avoid this shop if its the last one on earth. Went in for a simple strap replacement. I dont have a big or oddly shaped watch yet still no strap for mine. I would have been understanding however the lady was very rude to me. From the start was unwelcoming and got no applogy for not having my item in stock just a blunt its not in

Marie was so helpful. Found the item I wanted at another store and arranged for it to be delivered in time for my son's birthday.

We have just bought a platinum wedding band which involved delivering the ring from another store to try it on before buying. Pina was very helpful throughout the process. We would buy from this store again.

I came in to buy a ring after having a really horrible experience at F. Hinds. Although the store was very busy and short staffed, Paige was incredibly welcoming and polite and assuring customers she would be with them as soon as possible.

She helped me find the ring I was after, answered all my questions throughly and talked me through the entire purchase process. I could not have been happier with the service I received.

Different prices on the website and rather unhelpful when I point it out. The wait was too long to get served. Put me off going back.

Staff a little bit too pushy

Went into town to look for wedding bands. Another store wasn't as helpful as the lovely Pina in H.Samuel. I showed her my engagement ring, and she knew exactly what to try. I was worried that I wouldn't find one that would fit against my shaped ring nicely, but she found the perfect one straight away, I knew as soon as I put it on, it was perfect! She also found a suitable wedding band for my fiancée with ease that complimented her engagement ring. Pina has a wealth of knowledge and looked after us very well. A credit to the store and company.

Staff felt it more important to move boxes rather than clear the queue of customers awaiting service. Very annoying when I only needed to ask a question.
