Took my 8 year old daughter to have her ears peirced on Saturday afternoon the guy doing it was very helpful and friendly and did a great job my daughter loves her new earrings

Had an amazing experience here with Freddie.... my 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced after Claires traumised my daughter the first time around. Freddie was so gentle, patient and caring with my daughter that she finally got both het ears pierced.

I got my ears pierced here (i would defo recommend increasing the SEO on this as I nearly forgot this was a service!) and the manager Cerys was extremely professional. During my visit a queue quickly formed, but despite this Cerys made sure I was 100% happy with the positioning of where I wanted my ears pieced, remaining very polite, patient, and incredibly friendly the entire time. Of no one’s fault, the piercing gum decided to play up, but Cerys and the team on the floor continued to provide an exceptional service, thank you all.

Aside from this experience, I am a regular shopper at Lovisa Watford as I love the products and it’s pretty good value for money too!

Located in the Atria Watford Mall. Good selection of mixed jewellery some silver. Very competitive when compared with other similar retailers.

Ok. Good parking. Staff a bit odd

I shopped here yesterday and I could barely hear the lady behind the counter as the music was very loud. She tried to offer me promotional items and I refused. As soon as I got home i found a nose stud (I don't have my nose pierced..) which was the item she was offering me and charged me £10 even though I refused. Ive been trying to contact the store and I am getting no response. I was also told there was limited paper for a receipt and she also confirmed my email address which was wrong, hence no email receipt received.

Took my daughter here for a Piercing, which was cheap. After a week my daughter had a massive lump on her ear. We kept cleaning with their solution. Lump got harder. SO we went to the DOCTORS and they told us her cartilage had been shattered by the gun they used for the PIERCING. And this would stay as a hard lump for life. It’s ruined her ear for life.
After researching a little more into this I find out they use Surgical Steel for their PIERCINGS, this should NEVER be used for a PIERCING.

After taking her to a Local piercing Studio we found out that Titanium should be used for a first Piercing and it should be done with a needle, which does not shatter the cartilage.
My Daughter is so upset with the LUMP on her ear. Her friends have also had lump problems from the surgical steel jewellery from here.

WE WILL NOT be going back. ADVISE do your research

Just bought surgical steel nose rings, but I wanted to buy half the flipping shop! Some gorgeous jewellery. Will be back soon!
