Wow, what an amazing experience ! Mariah absolutely blew us away! ... Her customer service was absolutely brilliant! After an extremely hard birth I had lost my necklace and hubby went to replace ! They got chatting and he had explained what occured as to which Mariah went and wrote a hand written card !

I have bought 2 rings already from Beaverbrook and the staff and the service has been 5*. They have high quality products that you can't find anywhere else and a good amount of diversity. 5*

Very pleasant and relaxing place to shop. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. You will receive the same level of service whether you are buying a 5k watch or just looking at a £50 pair of earrings which is nice.

Staff great, nice coffee

We popped in here quite late in the day during the week but the lady who served us was lovely. My other half has never worn rings before so had no idea what his preference is; the staff member who attended to us was kind enough to bring out a selection so he could try them on and gauge his style. We didn't spend long in there as we received notification that our table was ready but will definitely return to find our wedding rings 🙂
