My autistic 8yr old daughter was really nervous about having ears pierced today. The staff were amazing, they were friendly, informative and very calming. They kept my daughter calm and everything went amazingly well with no issues at all. My daughter is extremely happy with her new earrings. Thank you F Hinds!

Very friendly helpful staff. Waiting time next to nothing and managed to say what I wanted and they got the item and box. Wasn't overly impressed with a £3.50 bag which declined but didn't get asked if wanted a cheap bag as alternative. Overall as a brand if a collector of stitch figurines this is a great place to keep an eye and get early Xmas gifts in, despite being August...

Avoid!! Avoid!! Never bring a watch for maintenance/ repair/ battery replacement, etc . They will charge you, not warranted at all, and when trying to get back to sort it out they try to charge more than the value of the watch!! Horrible customer service and response for a bad job!!

I'm very happy with this purchase. The rings are beautiful and practical, just what I was looking for. I was so glad to have them resized to fit me perfectly free of charge. Aslo thanks to the very friendly staff 😀💍

Very quick service for a Saturday and very helpful to buy the item I wanted for a 6 year old
