Very overpriced repairs, especially watch batteries. Charged me nearly double the estimate of resizing a ring. Patronising owner acts like his shop is on Bond Street. Asked if I knew how much it cost to run his shop (irrelevant: good customer service costs nothing).

I purchased an item from this store a few weeks ago. Within 24 hours the item became faulty and I took it back for it to be fixed.
I left it with the shop for 5 working days (requested by the staff)
5 days later I went back in and the manager stated that it was not ready. I asked for a refund and had to go elsewhere. This was a birthday present for my wife who was expecting something fabulous for her 40th birthday. Needless to say I would not recommend shopping here.
Awful service. Never again would I shop here. The customer service was just awful.

Excellent range of items. I found a wonderful necklace for my wife's birthday and they were also able to repair my faulty watch. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - highly recommended.

A wonderful jeweller with great service. Has beautiful jewellery which is fairly priced. Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

What is interesting here are the strongly-worded comments either way. I unhesitatingly fall into the “for” camp; I find the staff friendly and efficient, and for my very modest needs, a watch battery or strap, the prices reasonable. I also enjoy the friendly banter and chat, and would not dream of taking offence at some of the quips! All in all it is a pleasant experience, and I am only sorry that André is retiring, and thus the shop is going too.

Awful service and attitude. I was made to feel uncomfortable when asking for my ring size to be checked. The gent asked if I was buying the ring from the internet in a joking tone to which I joked back and pretended to look at the ceiling. The gent turned really rude and refused. Myself and partner had already chosen our wedding from there, however after the service and attitude we will be going else where.

Came in today to look at a ring I liked. I was with my 2 friends and our babies. I tried on the ring with a nice lady but the man in the shop (the owner?) was quite rude. He watched our every move as if we were going to shoplift! He opened the door for us as we were about to leave when my friend spotted a ring she liked, to which he said ‘in or out ladies, I’m getting cold’ so we left and then he said ‘yes, go and terrorise someone else’ we think he was joking but it wasn’t funny. The shop was empty and we legitimately liked the rings so wanted a closer look. Won’t be buying from there now!
