Took my nan's engagement ring in to be resized and the service was brilliant. They did it overnight (although had I been earlier in the day, may have been able to do it the same day) and it is now back on my finger. They were really kind and friendly and totally understood the sentimental value of the ring. Now a lifetime customer. Thank you so much.

I am absolutely frustrated.

I brought a sentimental diamond with me which meant a lot. I asked the owner to place this diamond into a 18 karat white gold which cost quite a lot of money considering it was one stud. I payed the money and left him to do what was necessarily needed.

I then had the stud for maybe two months, maybe less to find out that the "18 white karat gold turned yellow-is so it was obviously plated.

I do not trust HISCOX The Jewellery shop despite the current reviews it has.

I do not trust this jewellery and when this horrible pandemic is over, I expect what I asked for and the refund.

A professional service. The jeweller and assistant were also both so kind and helpful to me, advising me on a ring I brought in, and they took time and trouble to share their expertise. Thank you very much.
