Nova is a lovely, independently owned, shop in the Norwich Lanes. It houses a lovely selection of jewellery. The staff are friendly and happy to help, but just has happy to let you browse. Over the years, I have bought a number of items - for me and as gifts for others - and have never been disappointed. The designs and quality of the jewellery always hits the mark (without breaking the bank).

In lockdown and in need of a little pick me up, I turned to Nova's website. It offers great choice and is easy to navigate. The service has been great. I placed an order for some earrings and they arrived two days later.
