Iconic Jewellery Store

The staff at Iconic Canterbury managed to get a Trollbead Day 2022 kit and 2 of the beads for me to choose from at their store. They were so patient while I wandered about looking at the beads in different light and against their other beads. So pleased that I came home with a kit and was able to make best use of their loyalty discount. They certainly know how to look after their customers and the beads looked stunning in the sunshine.

I've never had such a wonderful customer and product experience. Katie and team, you made our experience magical from start to finish. We will never forget it, and my wedding band, that you were able to create bespoke, is everything I could have wished for and more. To all out there - you will not find a better jewellery store! I am so happy to have found this wonderful, independent jewellery store! I experienced a small issue with my order and needed to change the earrings I picked to another design. Phoebe, who dealt with my order, went above and beyond to make sure the best solution was provided.

To top it off, I received my order with a beautiful little card with a handwritten message - this personal touch was so lovely!

This store are amazing! There was a slight mix up with a very small order I placed online but the staff were absolutely fantastic in dealing with it. They treated me with kindness and respect and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will most certainly be purchasing from them again. The customer service they displayed was outstanding! From start to finish excellent service! The girl in the shop called Emma had a big smile and couldn't do enough to help me find a gift, I work in retail myself so understand exceptional customer service. I was being looked after by the member of staff called Kate who was just amazing chasing up on my behalf and keeping me informed on the situation by phone and email as regularly as twice a week until the situation was dealt with If you are buying anything from this company you can truly trust that they will look after you at every point..

Myself and fiance was out in Canterbury and spotted this cute little store so we thought we would have a look and see if they stocked wedding bands. From the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing. my other half was looking for such a different band, when we explained this to monique and her colleague they instantly knew what he wanted and helped him find that perfect style. we had our children with us but was not made to feel like they were in the way at all and even gave our littlest one some colouring to keep her occupied, we didn't purchase that day but that ring was all he could talk about and Moniques customer service made us want to go back. 5 days later we went back and this time saw Katie who confirmed the style he wanted and sat paitently and assisted me at every stage while I picked my own. our rings are perfect and personal, if you are looking for a personal experience with nothing to much to ask the this is the store for you. we cannot wait to collect our rings. thankyou so much 💓
