UPDATE from previous review. Goods ordered received. Worth the wait, jewellery lovely and well packaged. But do leave plenty of time to order.
Ordered for the first time from this website (not the shop). Please be aware when ordering that even though there are three delivery options, they don't guarantee delivery will actually be in 2, 4 or any other number of days. When you call customer services you get a standard "it's in our delivery terms on our site" response. So please leave plenty of time to receive your order when you place it. The site seems to have a great selection of jewellery and am hoping the gift I have ordered is as good as it seems on their site. Just a shame about the lack of clarity about delivery times (and charges)

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in any shop. Picked a watch I wanted to purchase, I then waited 45 mins for them to remove 3 links. Then when I went to pay for the watch it seemed there was a problem with the wrong box, I then waited another 20 minutes while the lady when to make a phone call, only for her to come back and tell me the watch had been priced wrong in the locked display cabinet and they were unable to sell me the watch. I will never shop here again after today.

Nice shop. But I had my partner and two young children with me. Jeans on and unshaven. When it came to paying for a £250 watch, I used my credit card which I hadn't used with the pin for many years. When it didn't work I thought well I will use my debit card. But out the corner of my eye I saw the lady serving me look over to another employee as if to say here we go. Well thats how it made me feel. Just because the way I look don't think I can't afford it. I'm a hospital Deputy Ward Manager who works hard. Dont judge a book by it cover. It made me feel uncomfortable but haven't had that feeling for about 20 years when had a similar experience with staff looking at you as if you can't afford it. It wasn't a rolex lol.

We visited on Sunday 22nd Jan and the two ladies working were really friendly and helpful. My daughter was only looking for a low value item but they still went looking through stock out the back to try and find what she wanted. Would def return

A lovely lady.. Carole served us 4th Feb 2023. No pressure, only great helpful advise on an eternity ring that would compliment my engagement and wedding ring. Carole is a huge asset to Soutn Normanton East Midlands Designer Outlet store.

Rude, bad service! Wanted to purchase two rings for our tenth wedding anniversary, saw the rings my husband and I liked and waited in queue to ask to see tray as there was no assistant on shop floor to ask. The young lady behind counter seemed to be complaining to a customer that she was unable to see the price tag on the item she was selling to an elderly lady so the manageress was helping with the sale. We patiently waited for attention meanwhile another gentleman joined the line to wait too. Eventually, 25 mins later the elderly lady had been served, the younger staff member with the poor sight issue had gone to far side of shop to gaze into space and the manageress turned to us, and just as quickly our chance was gone as she rudely ignored us and moved to ask the gentleman behind us how she could help him! We left the store! Went into Mansfield and found two lovely rings in H Samuel's where we were asked after 5 mins browsing if we needed any help, shown the trays we were interested in without needing to wait for attention and received exelent customer service with no humiliation involved!

Nice friendly staff very helpful on my 1st visit a few days earlier, but on my 2nd visit there was only 1 member of staff serving, several customers left, I waited 10 minutes and then I had to leave. I don't know if it was lunch break or staff illness but it wouldn't put me off going back there.
