Beautiful jewellery. Could not resist buying a unique watch and I absolutely adore it. Staff fantastic and very helpful and attentive. Was a lovely experience and not rushed or pressured.

I visited the llandudno store yesterday whilst here on holiday ; I cannot praise the staff highly enough ; they went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and were both an absolute pleasure to speak with.
Kelly Roberts the store manager and a gentleman called Sean the area manager I believe are an absolute credit the store.
I received a call a day later to advise me my ring had arrived in store which is absolutely beautiful ; and was greeted by a young man called Harry and another young lady who again are absolutely fab.....my husband purchased a watch I'd been enquiring about the day before and I also ended buying a beautiful bracelet!!!!!
I certainly would not hesitate to recommend the store to anyone in future.Thank you all so very much.

Talia was amazing all the staff are. Also beautiful cleaning of jewellery and bespoke pieces. My engagement ring looks like it did on day one after Talia did a super job at cleaning it. She's so shiny.

Very disappointed with the service I received this time. Wanted to return an item bought online, a very rude and sullen shop assistant told me they don't do this when I know they did. It was sorted out but I was made to feel very uncomfortable by the long faced assistant. I myself work in retail and would never treat a customer like this.

I'd like to thank the Manageress (Boss Lady) who helped me purchase the surprize diamond ring for my wife for Christmas . I'm absolutely rubbish at doing things like this (on my own) but she was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. This is my 4th purchase in just over 12 months so I guess that speaks for it' self. Thank you to all the fantastic team at Clogau Llandudno.

Went into the Llandudno store to treat myself to a ring whilst on a weekend break. The staff were so helpful and pleasant - they didn't have my size but have arranged for delivery to my home address. Fantastic service 😊
