I absolutely love the jewellery only reason (and I feel awful for this) that I've knocked a star off is rings are never stocked in smaller sizes. I love them all and would purchase lots but they never seem to be able to get hold of anything not in large sizes. Still I adore browsing. The staff are lovely, and everything is displayed beautifully xxxx

I brought a beautiful opal ring approx 4/5 weeks ago. Over the last couple of weeks the opal seemed to have lifted very slightly. I live in the Midlands and after a change of plan found myself back in Barmouth. I went into SWAX and explained what had happened. With no box or receipt my ring was exchange!!! No questions asked!!!
