The staff were very helpful and made us feel valued customers. The ring I wanted wasn't in stock at the shop but could get it for me the following day. As I am disabled the manager arranged for the ring to be delivered to our home the following day at no extra cost, rather than having to go back to the shop. Also, we bought a lovely watch for my husband for Christmas as the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to others. Many Thanks :)

Good customer service after taking in my ring which needed a repair. Got a brand new replacement has taken out insurance on it. Really nice polite staff and go out of their way to help you. Brill.

I had an idea of what I wanted and the lady asked a few thoughtful questions and brought out a great selection of goods.
Made my selection and the purchase couldn't have been more pleasant. Very happy with the way it all went and all the customers who were in there received excellent attention from the staff.

Took a necklace in to be repaired but it couldnt be repaired, Zoe was brilliant explained what the repairers had said no charge as they couldnt fix it, thankyou,

My husband bought me earrings for Christmas because he paid so much he got a necklace half price, he took out insurance, the necklace chain broke so took back to the shop only to be told although the earrings were insured the necklace was not, apparently he should have insured both separately, this was not explained to him at the time, result one broken necklace which was one month old.
