I would give 0 star if I can. The old lady shopping assistant gives really bad service, like she is customer. Really make me uncomfortable. The shop manager is nice. I can feel that old women is a racist, strongly suggest Asian customers don’t shop in this place!

I recently purchased a watch online at H.Samuel for a gift to my mum a Sekonda crystal blue mother of pearl watch I really liked it and the delivery service is fast too. I have also brought watches myself from the store before and think it is one of the best shop especially for watches.

Appalling - the Casio stand litery had 3 watches for sale out of a possible 25
Unbelievable for a capitol city store.
Avoid

Cardiff store closes at 7pm. Arrived at the store with over ten minutes to spare. Colleague with long pink hair, exact quote "do you know what you want we close in five minutes". Then gave us a look as to say just leave. I was going to buy a watch I had my eye on, would have taken about two minutes but no chance would I buy it after that experience.

bought a new engagement ring for my wife this christmas and today collected an alternative size as original was too big .Considering this was all done for us within a few days at a very busy time i cant praise Mike the manager enough i would give the quality of service 12 stars if that was allowed.I own a retail shop myself and i know how vital it is to have quality staff .Nothing was too much trouble for Mike and his staff and the quality of service shone as much as the beautiful diamond ring i bought .Well done ! .....
