Bought earrings, they were mis shaped so the staff offered an exchange or refund.
We agreed we could do this in the Swansea store.
But when we went to the Swansea store next the day they would only exchange them.
Very disappointed inthem.

Great value for all your gold and silver

Bought a ring and earrings today, nothing wrong with the products - both lovely! Having worked a long time in retail myself, I was really disappointed with the customer service in the Cwmbran store today. I felt very uncomfortable in the store, the lady who served me wasn't bad, didn't crack a smile but polite. The other lady behind the till just glared at me, miserably and wouldn't talk to me. Just an uncomfortable experience all round, unfortunately.

Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Always happy to help. Love buying things for myself and gifts for others.
