Extremely rude Staff on Christmas Eve! My elderly deaf mother was waiting 2mtrs away from Staff when two men (customers) pushed in front, they were served first whilst my mother was told to "wait outside". Rude, disrespectful Staff! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour towards an elderly vulnerable women. Shameful!!
