If there was an option for ten stars I would have no problem giving that . I tried everywhere to get a pair of Nomination Angel Wing earings to match a necklace my wife had with no luck . I found this store by luck and called them on Tuesday hoping they were in stock as my wife wanted them for Friday . Sadly none in stock but the assistant Wendy was amazing contacting the agent who arranged express shipping from Italy . The earings were in the shop by two o clock on Thursday . Now if that's not service I don't know what is . Thanks so much Wendy you are brilliant .

We’ve been coming to Lizzi, both here and in the old site near the post office for decades. They have always been a source of interesting and good quality items. The staff are patient and attentive and they really know their jewellery. Give them a look. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful.
I drove to Swansea to buy my bracelets and charms, and will be giving them my business in future, they were brilliant... such a shame as Bridgend is my local store. Will be recommending my family and friends do the same.

I ordered a nomination charm yesterday which I’d been searching for everywhere for my daughters birthday, I fortunately came across it online at this shop. Absolutely over the moon it came this morning! Really pleased in these difficult times you still posted it straight away! Youd be surprised how big Lizzy's shop is inside. We went to purchase nomination charms for my wife's watch, but there is so much more inside, we'll worth a visit for anyone purchasing gifts for loved ones or friends.
