Great customer service. Thank you to the lady yesterday and the gentleman today. Fixed my strap up perfectly and at a great price. Great work on the watch too everything is spotless. Wish I got your names 😄

Took my Seiko watch to have the battery renewed. They took the watch and within minutes, asked if we could come back in an hour.
We did so, and when we went back they brought the watch out and we could see that the numerals at 12 & 6 had come off and were loose behind the watch glass. A woman working there said that they weren't sure if the numerals were already broken off when she was instantly corrected by the manager who said that they were not broken when we brought it in.
They said that they would send it off to their workshop and have it repaired.
A week later we had a phone call from Leisha saying that the watch had a broken mechanism and would cost me £180 + to be repaired. !!!!
We said that we were not going to pay that as the watch only needed a new battery and repairs to it which was caused by them !!!!!!
A few days later we received a call from the workshop who said that the watch would be repaired at no cost to us. Several days later I received my watch.

If I had only read the reviews for this shop, I would never have taken my precious watch there.

I will never purchase goods or take goods for repair here again and would not recommend this shop to anyone else.

Had appointment today for my daughter to have her ears pierced.
Been really looking forward since booked it Saturday.
Only to turn up and the shop closed at 3.
Not even a phone call to explain why they had closed.
Tried to phone them no answer even though you could see somebody in the shop.
A very disappointed little girl.
Very bad customer service.

Went to look for a at engagement ring at Hinds jewellers and had a very helpful girl assistant looking after me called Janella she couldn’t of done enough for me and nothing was too much trouble for her. In fact all the staff were very nice and eager to answer all my queries. I shall definitely be going back to that store if I need to buy any gifts for my family and friends. I definitely recommend Hinds Jewellers and I’m very pleased with my purchase. What lovely staff😊

After buying an expensive watch back in January for my husband's birthday gift it was loosing time/stopping. Took it back to the Swansea store in march when shops reopened and they sent it off for testing, 3 weeks later and nothing came back. Got InTouch with head office who said there's one of the same watch in store and to go down and they will give us that one, o thought great finally getting a watch back. Roll on a few months and same thing was happening with this one but also stopping. I bought a watch winder so when not in use which is rare it will still be charging But it still was doing the same so took this one back and they sent it of for testing nearly 3 weeks again and nothing back tried phone and never answer they phone or call back when you leave a message. This has happened a few times now what's the point of having a phone if they don't answer and never call back. All we are asking is if the watch is back yet. They take your money and after sales is appalling wish I never bought from here
