the ring ive paid for is now over due
and there cant tell me when i am even going to get the ring
so much for 4 to 6 weeks may be sooner
its now week 7
i will never get any thing from here again
staff are less an useless and just fob you off

My husband purchased a ring october 28th I've worn the ring a few times it was bought on the understanding it was silver, on telling the rude uncaring staff at the Swansea store it was discolouring could we change it he was told no its just a precious metal so no exchange or refund its bin worthy now so thanks Warren james for telling us do what you want with it.... Shocking, rude stuck up idiots!!!

Poor customer service. Poorly trained staff, and an uncaring attitude
Would advise you go to another jeweler.

Don't buy ear rings from Warren James Swansea. The silver £22 large hoops I bought dont stay in your ears they drop out all the time and they refuse to refund. They rudely repeat over and over "It is our policy we dont change ear rings". enen though they clearly have a fault.

Don't buy there not real gold earrings lasted a month

I’m a regular jewellery buyer and I’ve spent thousands with both Ramsdens and Gold Reserves in Swansea. I wouldn’t say I’ve visited your shop in Swansea that regular, but Jewellery is a considered purchase, I’m not buying a pint of milk. I entered your shop today and was told “you’ve tried all the bracelets on, so there is no point trying them on as you need a 10 inch bracelet”I own a few gold and silver bracelets and the maximum size I’ve needed is a 9 inch bracelet, anyhow it would be difficult to purchase a 10 inch bracelet, unless it was an ankle bracelet. The assistant who claimed to be the manager, then told me “we are closing in 10 minutes anyway “”, This is not acceptable customer service, I felt I was being barred. Your immediate competition selling new silver is Ramsdens, where I get five star service from Tracy the boss. Im a very reasonable, fair person and to be honest Warren James doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

The jewellery here is beautiful and reasonably priced. I bought a bracelet a while ago and the clasp was faulty. Warren James does not repair jewellery so I took it to Swansea Market and had it fixed.
