Jeff is an award winning jewellery maker and goldsmith, I know this as he has the evidence to back it up. He has made many peices for me and my family. Its a family business and a genuine welcome break from the high street big box stores. His son is always ready to chat and. Not overly sell focused-never the hard sell which is good. The Porthcawl shop has already made me a bangle for the wife, perfect as usual. The store is warm and welcoming.

My wife and have purchased jewellery at Jeff's Jewellers in Porthcawl and had Jewellery mended there and this family business gives a first class service along with great knowledge too! I am not Jeff Jones the owner of the business and I have no affiliation to the business in any way shape or form, the owner and I happen to share the same name .

Had an old fashioned item remodelled into a gorgeous item that I absolutely love , great friendly service and very skilled goldsmiths , highly recommended!

Called in today on the off-chance they could adjust my watch strap. Absolutely brilliant service. No trouble and done within 20mins.

Regret to write this review but I Took a piece of jewellery here to be altered and wasent cheap either ..well it ended up breaking so had to be sent back to origanal maker to be fixed properly ...
