I would like to say a very big thank you to Carl at Bridgend Designer Outlet store who went above and beyond today to ensure I received a ring I had ordered in time for xmas, following some confusion with original order /head office. He not only located the ring at another store, but it was delivered to bridgend outlet for me to collect. Excellent service!

Worst ever lady with dark hair approached me in my face to tell me if I did not put my mask over my face i would have to leave with a massive attitude well with in 2 meters when I explained im exempt and try my best to were it she snapped well.you should not put one on at all !!! When 5 mins befor she was serving someone
And put her head around the glass rude and lost a big sale of around £700.00 pound will be complaining to the council first thing thing !!!

Dreadful communication. Ordered something the 13th of December. I was told it would be back in stock on the 18th in time for Christmas. No email. so I rang them. Stock not available until January now!

Really helpful staff, would have liked some masks being worn even if it's not a legal requirement especially when there are advisory signs outside. Well worth a visit

Served by Carl today, so refreshing to be served with such a courteous and patient manner, although the shop was very busy he and his colleagues all working so hard it was really appreciated. Fabulous jewellery so happy with my purchases will be going back very soon !! Happy Christmas
