I have made 2 purchases from Sophie so far (I’m certain there will be more), a set of cufflinks & a ring, both aquamarine. The quality of these stunning items is unbelievable. Photos did not do them justice, I was genuinely blown away when I opened both purchases.
Then the customer service, well it’s just impeccable. Sophie really went above & beyond for me to ensure I had the right piece of jewellery both times.

Beautiful little shop in Porthcawl! Koko has some lovely pieces of jewellery that are made really well. The staff always look after you by offering you different sizes to try on and explaining the different types of crystals. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered the rose quartz ring and I am in love. It fits beautifully and is just so stunning. I haven’t taken it off since it arrived! It was also a super quick delivery, I placed the order and Sophie messaged to say she was on holiday and would post when back; it was with me 2 days after postage! I absolutely love the jewellery! I bought a rose quarts ring and a rose quarts bracelet. I’ve been wearing them everyday. Sophie was incredible at helping me chose the ring, and showing me all the options. She is very quick to answer back to messages and help with any inquiries and orders. She was very helpful with my second purchase as well. Both orders came so quick, and stunningly packaged. I will definitely go back and order some more lovely things from her. And I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for something new and unique for themselves, or maybe looking for a gift for a loved one!

Really pleased with my ring! I was bought a ring for Christmas but it was too big. Sophie was brilliant - easy to return and she took photos of the rings she had available in my correct size after I explained what shape/colour I was looking for. I really don't know how to do justice to the incredible Sophie & Koko Jewellery. Her products are high quality combined with beauty. Elegant yet quirky and classy at the same time. Sophie herself couldn't be more helpful when you're choosing your piece. She tries on and sends you photos of the pieces so that you can be fully sure you've chosen the right one.
