Karaoke was good but drink "service" was poor. After ordering and paying for drinks we had to wait 20-25 minutes for it to be delivered (and having to chase twice, once I had to read my order our to them so they could find it on their tablet). When I ordered drinks at the bar later a double gin was topped up with an already opened fevertree bottle (looking to be half open) so the drinks were about 50/50.

Additionally, it was a member of our groups birthday and I had to chase 3 times for the complimentary "birthday shot".

I would recommend to a person going to go for drinks somewhere else before and for the bar itself to higher more people as it seemed they were short staffed later, at the karaoke desk there were people who were sat on their phone assuring me the "drinks are being sorted".

This place is brilliant from the staff to the DJ to the actual singing booth, itself. We had a huge group so we had one of the bigger booths. It holds a good amount of people comfortably but not enough for everyone to sit. This wasn’t a problem for us as we were there to have a great time, get involved with the Lucky Voice playlist & sing to our hearts content. Some great songs to choose from.

The staff really do make an effort to make customers feel welcome as they we all really friendly. Some even joined the dance floor when Cameo’s ‘Candy’ came on. It was great.

Then there was the DJ! Spinning the best music for any top notch night, hit after hit, back to back too. He was FANTABULOUS!

Perfect night for a hen party. Thank you.

They don’t even deserve a star! Found out that the most hard working staff in their venue got fired with inexcusable horrible way, going against any human rights especially on this country where diversity and special needs are fully supported! The people that owns that place is a huge disappointment and I really hope justice will “knock their door” soon ! Please don’t support places where human rights are stepped down and staff is been discriminated by their health condition!

Service in the room was shocking, staff rude and drinks order delayed. Careful, service charge is listed as tax on the bill, don't be fooled! Asked for a glass to go with the can of beer and the waiter said, ' Well you could have told me that before.'
Ordered lemonade. None arrived with the other drinks, chased after 20 minutes to be told, no lemonade. No apology.

In the end we got 2 rounds of drinks refunded. The customer service was non existent. Staff were way out of their depth.

Awful experience. Badly organised, low quality staff, extremely slow service at the bar. Half hour late with our booking, forgot drinks orders. Went to bar to have barman googling how to make a certain cocktail for another guest. Waited 20 mins to be served before giving up and leaving.
Sick all over one of the cubicles, clearly been there a while.

The service is this place was THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. Took them 50 minutes to get our drinks ( 5 if which were literally just cans of coke) - we had to complain about it so many times for them to actual do something? Also took them another 40 minutes to get our food.
Also when we entered the room didn't look like it had been cleaned and it was ridiculously hot inside. Gross.
The actual singing part and selection of songs was good.

server Jess from Lucky Voice was absolutely lovely, she was getting lit with our group on the dance floor and was very polite whilst serving. Even agreeing when the “DJ” kept changing up the songs to absolute rubbish. Regardless, we had a really great time, karaoke was such a vibe. Would definitely do it again🫶🏼

Very poor customer service and absolutely no speaking to the staff to try and find a solution. My party of 11 could not attend our booking on 17th December due to the train strikes, and the only option we were given was to rearrange within the next two weeks. This wasn't possible due to work schedules and Christmas plans. I requested we rebook for January, which we were told was not an option and we would lose our £330 payment.

I would not recommend using lucky voice, find a different karaoke bar who has more flexibility with re-booking and refunds so save you any potential hassle.
