Dilan Kebab House

Well what can I say I use to liked this kebab house BUT think they have got far to Big for there boots and forgot about the portion size. I ordered the dilans special and that use to feed me and my wife with plenty of left overs. But there was hardly enough to feed one person. With the dilans special you use to get 2 pitta breads the price has gone up and now you only get one. This might sound like I'm being greedy but when I have a kebab and pay good money for one I would at least hope it would fill us up. Also the quality of the food has gone down. Its a real shame as really liked coming to this one and thought it was the best one in Colchester. Not any more! Last time for my family

Ordered online using there own website ..got order numbe @ 6.05pm & was told be 45 mins for my delivery ..after waiting till after 7.40pm phoned up to enquire about my order .was told it had got lost & they were sorry & would do my order ASAP ...8.20Pm my order arrived with a free bottle of drink ..I would suggest you Don't use there own website as it is useless as I found out myself last night . .they will probably say they were busy but if that's the case don't accept the order !!!!

Best take away in Colchester. Food is always hot and delicious. 100% recommend it!

I use dilan kebab all the time .. now they have gone downhill .. cold food delivered.. poor quality food .. all squashed .. when told them .. all she did was moan .. if u don't have drivers don't take on delivers .. took over hour .. then couldn't eat it .. not execpting cold food.. think time to change food place ..

Really disappointed tonight as the order was delivered and found to be the incorrect meal, food cold and pitta bread was so hard it was inedible. Whilst on the phone placing my order the person I was talking to was having other conversations in the background so Im not surprised we got the wrong meal. I shall not be rushing back to Dilan which is sad as always rated it very highly. Whats gone wrong ?

Normally would say food was good but very poor tonight, food not what we ordered over the phone.
Pitta bread rock hard and Chicken and chips lukewarm.

Food is very delicious. The order arrived in very fast even if is Free delivery 👍🏻👍🏻. Prices are very reasonable. Very professional staff.

Honestly, I ordered a kebab from 'German Doner Kebab' last week, paid the extra £2 for a large signature kebab and was unbelievably disappointed, barely warm and next to no meat.... Dilan Kebab were the complete opposite! Amazing meat quality and lots of it. I will order from here again! Delicious 😋
