Quality has gone down a lot in this place. Used to be great but now is just terrible. I can't really find a single redeeming factor. The food is often stale and most of the staff last time I visited weren't friendly at all. I hope this changes soon.

These guys are fantastic! They went above and beyond helping me with my order thanks to them I got to eat! Highly recommended I even saw them give a customer money back when they gave too much and didn’t realise they did! Best Kebad shop in the area!!!

Ordered through Deliveroo to dartford premier inn. Ordered 14” bbq chicken pizza, 2 piece chicken with chips and a bottle of Pepsi. Pizza was nice but the edges were burnt, I got 7up not Pepsi and when I asked the driver when he turned up were my chips in the box he said yes. But there were no chips with the order at all.

Ordered food turned up 45 minutes late.COLD rang to complain and ignorant C*** basically laughed and said not my problem. Will order again refuse to pay and say not my problem.

Ordered Lamb Shish. Was terrible and very salty! Asked for tubs of burger sauce with Chicken Shish, arrived covered in bbq sauce which my 2 grandchildren wouldn’t eat and chips were missing! After 28 calls to try and speak to shop they sent 2 chips and a tub of burger sauce but only after they tried to say it was my fault. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and both times the order was wrong/missing. Will never order from here again

Thought I'd have a change as the last kebab shop went totally down hill and though id go for this place 4th time ordering was great lovely food exspecially for the price. Anyways 5th time ordering yesterday food was late due to it being bank Holiday services wasn't bothered about that but when eating my food it's was very horrible meet was over cooked and dried out so we're the chips with salad dolloped on top and missing sauces. Very disappointed!! Tried to complain but no answer!! 😡😔

2 kebabs delivered with no salad. No option on Uber Eats to select salad. Called restaurant to be told I had to ask for salad as a special instruction?! Ridiculous. Other kebab shops on Uber give you the choice as to what salad you want. The food was awful anyway, worst kebab we’ve ever had. All went in the bin. Shocking food and service, will never return.
