Deniz Kebab House

A cheery smile goes a long way. Very busy take away and I can see why. The 2 for one offer on their wonderful pizzas is amazing. Very good value. Worth a visit..

Shop run by incompetent team. Ordered food at 18:45, nothing had arrived by 19:45, rang shop to be told the food was on its way. When nothing had arrived, rang again at 20:15, just to be told that the receipt machine never printed my order. So someone lied that my order was on the way, got money back by going in the shop. Use to be my go to kebab shop, sadly no more.

What a pathetic excuse for a kebab, worst I think I've ever had from one in town. Honestly looks like a vegan beat the c*** out of it, threw it around and then just chucked it back in the box. Asked for lettuce and I've seen more lettuce on someone who just eats meats plate, definitely gone down hill and with the amount of kebab shops we have in town you would think their food would be better.

It is my friends birthday and we have decided to get a takeaway as a birthday gift for her. We ordered at around 6pm and once the food did finally come at 8pm, 2 hours later. It was completely cold and not very nice whatsoever, for an example, the chicken was tasteless so was many other items. My friends ordered a normal chip wrap as she is lactose intolerant. Once she was half way through her chip wrap she had found out that the whole inside of the was-meant-to-be-normal-chips wrap, she had found a large mount of cheese stuffed in under the chips. After this had happened she had started to feel unwell from the feeling that she could of died if she continued to eat her dinner. Once we had phoned up in order to let Deniz customer service know about what had happened, the man on the other side of the phone had been unexpectedly rude. After letting him know the issue he got angered and asked "do you not know English properly" and had hung up. Once we recalled he and seemed ruder and put the phone down after yelling that the refund was on its way. I find this very rude and that this company should really get better workers and food.

Sometimes they do great wraps depending on the person that does them. Good value for money, can take ages to deliver at times when they're busy which is understandable at times. Friendly on the phone, can be apologetic if late etc. Good takeaway!

Awful. Ordered food as we're out all day, said 45 mins, rang after 1hr10mins and they said they were just cooking it, when it finally arrived, 30 mins later, it was cold, one wrap had been obviously unwrapped and wrapped up again, food was missing too. Rang to get some clarity and our missing food was the guy took the address, mumbled something and hung up. Didn't get our food at all. The cheese used in the wraps was not to a good standard either, hopefully they rectify this as used to be good place to order from.

You order the smallest one for £6.50, you get a two-person portion. And it tastes good. Great value.
