I live very nearby and have been going there for about half a year now. I have absolutely 0 complaints. Everyone inside is lovely and the food is always on point and made as quickly as you would expect. I can't imagine going anywhere else in Norwich for a kebab or pizza anymore. They're amazing

Utterly disgusting, ordered a chicken kebab and chicken wings , The only thing I could taste from the kebab was the charcoal crunching between my teeth. Horrid!! Also with the chicken wings it was like eating concrete!!! Do yourself a favour, save your money!!!

Have used 4 times, all delivery. Food has been excellent and always delivered ahead of estimated time by 5/10 minutes.

Food not good, delivery man let himself into my house at around 10.45pm & stood there staring at me then asked me how much it was for the order then carried on standing there Scary, weird experience wouldnt order again!!

I had a doner kebab and so did a few others I was with and to be funny was one of the worst kebabs I’ve had. Kebabs were covered in grease, the pittas were rock solid with grease covering. One of the worst kebabs I’ve had from caesars as always enjoyed them. Unfortunately you have let yourselves down this time round.

Ordered our food at 1845 and still had not arrived. The time is now 2100. No offer for a refund or free items to compensate. Utter waste of time and no apology. Appalling service will not be coming back again. They kept saying food would arrive in 1 minute. That 1 minute turned into 30 minutes

Ordered food last night using their app. Food never arrived but money was taken out of the account. Tried calling but it just rings out.
Would give zero stars if possible since they have essentially taken money without giving us the items we have paid for.

Hi there , we ordered a takeaway and it took an hour and half to come and was cold. It was swimming in oil and completely unedible. I rang the company up to mention it and they were of no help at tall and ended up putting the phone down on me. I definitely never ever recommend this company ever
