Best Turkish Grill

I don't know why the Best Turkish Grill is getting bad reviews.
I've never had a problem, this is without doubt the best kebab business in Dartford hands down. Food is fresh, cooked to perfection and the salad is to die for, not literally of course.
The owners are wonderful people the place is spotless. Try it you won't be disappointed.

It's a nearby grocery shop, so easily noticeable Restaurant. They offered us tasty and healthy food. They are very polite and Lovely people. A pleasure to know that they have been serving for more than two decades. Excellent customer care! Best Turkish Restaurant at Dartford, England - UK.

One of the best kebab places hand's down.
Lamb shish, chicken shish, both donners are all fresh and tasty, meat isn't chewy or overcooked. Marinated very well! Keep up the good work gents.

The best kebab I have tasted in a long time. Everything was that should be hot was hot. The salad was nice and cold and came in a little box which I found a lot better.
The sauce amount was perfect , the lamb & chicken was soft and tender. Very good service.

Am a regular customer, but portions have got smaller and prices higher Customer care is lacking or now non existant. They missed the salad out of my order completely and when called to advise them was told nothing they can do about it. Who wants a kebab without salad! Time to find a new kebab shop!!

Horrible customer service. I been there twice and they messed up my order and never apologiesd and over charged me..

Absolute joke of a place! Ordered on Uber Eats and they gave the lady the wrong order. When she arrived at our door she was on the phone go the place who told her she had the wrong order. 25 minutes later no news. I called the place and was told they would be here in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later they turn up with cold food! Clearly hadn't bothered to recook and just gave us the original order! Ridiculous and such a shame as it used to be a really nice place. Definitely won't be ordering again, and will tell others to stay clear!

0 stars wasn't an option. I ordered a meal via uber eats. For whatever reason the uber driver couldn't get through to me when he arrived so I didn't get my food. I rang the restaurant to see if they could trace the driver or see if they had any information and all they could say was "what do you want me to do"? We won't be going back.
