Sami's Merthyr Kebab House

Before I give this review I have ordered from there before and it was ok still had the order wrong mind but food was ok. I ordered tonight and it was so bad when I opened my food it when straight in the bin,, i phoned them my salad looked 5 days old my partner found something in her food I have never put food on the bin when I ordered food this was the first time. And I waited a hour and 15 mins for it . They said on the phone they busy very busy but to me that's no reason to send food out cold and stale,, will never order from there again and they said the next one is free but still I will not take them up on that

Stopped here on my way home. First kebab I took back as it was cold they appear to be cutting the meat and leaving it in the tray below (which they are not allowed to do for hygiene as the uncooked juices drip onto the cooked meat) they cut fresh meat doe me but that wasn't cooked properly and as I was in a rush it went in the bin.

The portions were small for the price and even if it had been edible it would of been poor value for money compared to other Kebab shops.

Chips 2.50 absolutely freezing chicken shish kebab worst ever ...£20 worth of rubbish food

Wow this was my kabab shop when I was younger. I’m so disappointed with the poor quality of food. My wife’s chicken shish was inedible and she wouldn’t even give it to the dog. The mixed kabab was not good and I had to throw half in the bin. I have not called to claim a free one next time, I just won’t go there ever again. Sorry sami you’ve lost your way

Don't bother what ever you order they will mess it up. It's all solved with a sorry.

Absolutely shocking just had a delivery 2 kebabs and 1 kids kebab meat £19.50 when I opened them up there was hardly anything in them .I know cost of food has risen but this is Absolutely unacceptable phoned to complain was told 'that's the size of the potions ' !!! Won't be ordering here again 😒

Was told order would be here 2002 its now 2040 still waiting

Food it absolutely sogie and iv been waiting over a hour my boys chip taste like they been in the microwave shocking
