Nice Bite

Worst place I've ever ordered from. Didn't even get my order after waiting 3 hours. Refused to give money back because he said it had been delivered, but got money back after demanding and getting nasty with him. .. Definitely won't even drive past the place let alone order

Absolutely appalling so far over 2 hours waiting, rang the restaurant and was told its with the driver (that was 45 min ago mind) rang just now to query again to have a crying girl answer the phone and quickly pass it to a gent who said the same thing....and currently still waiting will not ever be buying from here again, shambles really need to get themselves in order

i would like to complain about this place as we never had our order took 27 pound out never got our orders and also from second had 2 pizzas missing from the order!! blocked our number from calling them as well

Absolutely rubbish! Never again no where near as nice when Sam was there, wedges were still raw and hubby chicken kebab was raw and had to put up a fight to get a replacement. When it arrived was only half a portion. Won’t go back

Poor experience boxing night. Ordered kebab meat on chips. Wrapped it up and took it home. No chips but in a pita. No lettuce available. Disappointing.

Food nice and usually good service but we used the last of our money to treat ourselves to a takeaway and they cancelled last minute and we got to wait 5 days for the money back. Every kebab shop I've been to so far in maesteg has been an absolute shambles. Will not order through food hub ever again

Ordered a munchie box at 7.30, they sent me a box of onion rings, chips and wedges, phoned them up to correct the order and I am still sitting here at 9pm waiting for the rest of the order!
The rest of the meal came, no salad as ordered, no sauce just a box of donner and chicken kebab which tasted like sweat will never order from here again!

Ordered online, 1 donor wrap (was suppose to come with cheese but didn't), 1 kids donor meal, 1 large donor meat and chips. I choose my salad online, it wasn't correct, added in the comments what sauce I wanted on all three as clearly as I could as there was no sauce in any of them. (If I had the sauce at home I wouldn't have minded). Also the food was cold after waiting 59 mins. Maybe just a bad night but I won't order from here again or recommend.
