Having read their face book page we believed that this kennels and cattery was always open and we did enter a gate with a closed sign, our mistake. However, this did not excuse the rude and aggressive behavior of the business owner towards myself and members of my family, it was absolutely disgusting. What concerned us more was that we received no feedback as to how our cats had been during their stay; they had been put in their carrying cases and dumped firmly on the ground with no comment whatsoever, totally unacceptable. I have taken my cats to this cattery for many years but I have to say having received such an aggressive service there will be no future business from me and I would not recommend.

Fantastic kennels, have used them for years. My Labrador is quite happy to walk off with the staff when I drop them off and he is always in a very good condition when I collect him. I know that they care for the dogs left in their charge and have no worries leaving my best mate with them.
