Star Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I used star cattery for my two cats for a week. I have never left them before but was confident they were in great hands here. The team are all friendly, helpful and caring to the animals and my cats have come back relaxed and happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Star, they are fantastic, fairly priced and great staff. We always entrust Star with looking after our family cats, we have done so for many many years now.
All of the staff are kind, and happy to have a friendly chat at Reception. Star use the weighed out food we supply to ensure no dietary upsets. It's lovely seeing our cat's photos pop up on Facebook too.
As a Veterinary Nurse I know the stress cats can face away from home. But our cats always come home looking well and settle back into home life as if nothing happened, so I know they must have a comfortable time during their stay.

Not the place I would use any more, quite rude reception, I gave it the quite few chances because I was in doubt, think they have their favourite there, not happy at all neither my poor fur.....just answering to your response, you probably can't find my name because those bookings were made under my partner's name. So yes my boy is been staying with you a couple of time and this was our experience with you!

Never left our family dog before and felt uneasy leaving him alone as we took family vacation. We also left this arrangement to the last minute so was very stressed however your team were fantastic and was able to get us booked in. They were fantastic, really friendly and made me and us all feel at ease to enjoy our break.
We will definitely use you again, I can not stress how nice it was to see your team tell us how great it was having our Thor and how happy he was being around your team!
Thor will no doubt look forward to coming back for his own lil holiday soon!

Our dog stayed for a couple of weeks while we were on honeymoon. He came back very happy and no signs of resentment at being left behind! It is a very popular kennels so make sure to book early.

I want to Thankyou for looking after him as I was abit hesitant on leaving him in a strange place but after picking him up looking happy and healthy I can truly say this was his first but won’t be his last visit! My dog is very nervous about humans due to his history of abuse and violation. Star’s team is amazing at handling him. My dog loves every team member there and always happy when he comes back home. Thank you Star team you’re life savers

Will not use anywhere else had my dog de bordeaux stay a few times now all the staff are excellent and can handle the large dog breed very well which sometimes can be a concern. Even treated him to there grooming service which is again exceptional 5 star.
