Our dogs Merle and Samba love it here. they get plenty of exercise and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The kennels are kept very clean and tidy :-)

I had a positive experience and a smooth transaction. And a professional handling of a dog needing to be transported and boarded over night.
This man has been professional and reassured me and he got my Charlie home hundreds of miles from home .
Can highly recommend him
And would use again brilliant service and he said he do a collection when no one else could manage on at short notice .

One of my dogs returned and was so traumatised by his experience he just wanted to curl up in a ball, didn't want to eat or drink. I actually made an apointment at the vet I was so worried, fortunately he recovered back to his normal bouncy self after 48hrs. He is used to going to kennels at Brookhouse Farm and actually loves it there but this was our first and only visit at Lord Sefton Boarding Kennels.

We were relocating from Bucharest to Aberdeen so we've sent our dog with a pet (land) transportation company. This company wasn't taking pets any further than Liverpool / Manchester / Leeds, so we've approached this Kennel to welcome and accommodate our dog for a couple of days. Luckily they also provide pet taxi services, and they have brought our pet to Aberdeen few days later.

Brilliant kennels. My Husky Winter loves going here and seeing all the guys there and they love having her just as much. Makes it so much easier leaving her, knowing she is somewhere with people she loves

Very pleasant staff experienced managing large breeds. Dog well cared for and looked after in the care of the staff from collection at home, throughout the stay to return home.

I put my 2 dogs in here peggie and Bruce. . I was a little bit disappointed when I went to pick them up today ?? They didn't want to come out so thank you for looking after my dogs
