Fforest Boarding Kennels & Cattery Ltd

Have always sent our cats to this Boarding Kennel since 2000 .When they were brought back home the two of them would run to greet us & then run back to the van & get back on ,waiting for Tina .Both our cats passed away a few years ago & we had a kitten 2 yrs ago .He goes there regularly when we go away & I wouldn’t send him anywhere else .They are very family orientated ,caring & loving towards the animals .I have been there unexpectedly & it’s always the same,gentle & caring towards all of the animals .
They will for a small payment collect & return your pet & if you want your dog shampooed they’ll also do that for you .Its clean ,friendly & noisy ,just like it should be & extra care is given to pets with medical needs & those who are nervous .Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff there .
Rhiannon the owner is very helpful as is Tina ( who we’ve known from our pets going there over the years).
I’ve never bothered to look elsewhere as I know my pets will be well looked after here .
I have recommended this kennel/ cattery many times over the years & will continue to do so .

Cant thank the lovely ladies at Fforest Kennels enough, settling to know your dog is looked after so well when your away, Clean environment, provided updates and photos which were lovely. Recommend to everyone. Thanks from myself and Bear!

We contacted this business (through the messaging service suggested by Google) to request pricing and availability for boarding two dogs and two cats (all rescues) in January. After we answered some initial automated questions, someone from the business asked the breeds of our dogs. I responded to say that they are mix breeds (terrier and saluki), and received no reply whatsoever thereafter. I followed up with another message to ask for a quote for boarding, and they ignored me again. I can’t understand this and am not sure whether to infer that they do not want to board mix breed dogs? Extremely disappointed and would give zero stars if I could.

Was a bit worried about leaving our pup as it was his first time in kennels , owner and staff reassured us that he would be fine and he was , in fact he didn't want to leave . He will be going back for his holidays !!!! . Thankyou to you all for looking after him so well .

My dogs stayed for there first time August this year staff were amazing with them an nothing was to much too, my dogs were very happy an even when it was pick up time wanted to go for a walk . Can't recommend enough , will be book here very time we go away.

My dog has been here twice now and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are lovely and always pleasant to deal with. Brilliant
