Hafod-Y-Bryn Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I can only write about the cattery but that is absolutely first class. I have used it regularly before and have always been very impressed with the care.

have this week collected our cat after it had a seven month stay while we were looking for a house to buy over 100 miles away. All of the staff involved could not have better. They are caring and do their very best to cater for each individual cat in their care. Each 'run' has an 'inside' area a cat can retreat to if it wants, a window to the outside, a bed, and things to play with and climb. Because the stay was so long and we were so far away, I was even sent some photos of him to show how he was getting on!!

I have used various catteries over many years and really have no hesitation in putting Hafod-Y-Bryn at the top of the list. Thank you 😊

My border collie stayed here for the first time recently and she absolutely loved it! She has been to other kennels and has been nervy and withdrawn afterwards. But after staying at Hafod y Bryn she was happy, full of life and totally relaxed. They obvious give lots of love and attention to dogs in their care. We'll certainly use them again!

Took our cat up there for a few days and they did a great job. He seemed to have enjoyed his time there and was clearly looked after. Lovely staff I can't fault it.

Awful service, to arrive at 6.20pm to be told that I can’t have my dog he’s locked up for the night and to return in the morning to get him is disgusting.
I rang numerous times on the way to let them know I would be late, also left a Voicemail.
It was Chester’s first day yesterday as he was due to stay 4 nights boarding. Arrived and no one was there , kennels locked up and unattended in 24 degree heat till the next morning is just unacceptable to me.

We were never notified if late that we wouldn’t be able to get our dog till the next day. Appalling customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Especially if you want your dog looked after over night because apparently no body is there.

Our two cats Hari & Hugo are regular visitors! We can't fault the quality of care and dedication that the staff give.

Excellent! Really helpful team, I had some issues during my dogs stay which meant last minute his 3 day stay went to a 5 day stay and even though they were really busy they were extremely helpful and accommodating. My dog had a great time.
Very clean and very well presented exterior.

Have used this cattery only twice over the last few weeks and am extremely happy that my two cats were well looked after. Lovely clean place and staff so friendly. My cats will defo be visiting again

Excellent , looked after my little pooch , didn't think he wanted to come home he was enjoying himself so much with the other dogs .They really look after your little pal ,warm clean and dedicated .
