My Key Machine

Update: I got all receipts in the end, and the customer service assistant was kind enough to send my 9£ back.

I didn't get 2 receipts out of 3.
Lost 9£ in the machine, as it wouldn't recognise coins and simply cancelled by itself.
It restarted randomly.
It took 50 minutes to do 6 copies.
Calling customer service, a nice lady answered and told me there's nobody in customer service to help me.
Lovely experience.

Cut a key and never worked no one to go back too, staff very rude and told to call a number

Didn't realise till later I could have brought the same lock for 15 pound, which was apparently really easy to change. Yet charged £140 ps, he did let me off a few pounds tho
