I left my favorite watch to replace the battery in this place, after getting it back, I noticed it was like steam and a tiny drop of water inside. the watch is water resistant and I used it as usual, didt take shower with it I went back there, they refused to help me, but finally agreed to fix it. They just keep sayng it's not waterproof and I pour water on it! after a one day they gave me a watch back that doesn't work at all and gave me refund just for batteries £7 . I left them a good watch and they returned the broken one to me. I cant belive so everyone be carefull.

So kind! They weren’t able to sew my strap back to my bag (it was too thick to get the needle through but they warned me upfront that it wouldn’t be likely). They didn’t charge me to glue my strap to my bag or to glue the hole in my shoe. They just said to put a few coins in the charity bin.

They are key cutting geniuses! I needed to make a duplicate for a bike shed key and it turned out being more complicated than expected. They accepted to try however and after 20 min or so I had the key. They did not even make me pay straight away, they sent me home to try the key first, which to my surprise works even better than the original, and went back to pay their due the following day. I highly recommend them for key cutting.

Atrocious customer service. Instead of telling me that they would like a charity box donation before putting a hole in my trousers belt, they did it afterwards. They gave me an air of arrogance in how they handled my request for a miniscule costless favour .

Fantastic group of guys! Really jolly and welcoming and helpful with products. Brilliant workmanship too. They were able to fit a broken zip on a boot for me if I bought the zip as they were having supply issues! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic & friendly service, every time. I have been a regular customer for a few years now and the guys work so hard to do a brilliant job at a decent price. They will always try to fix any problems you bring to them, and offer the highest levels of customer service. I have had shoe repairs and keys cut and I am very happy with both services. it is a pleasure to visit the shop, with jolly chatter along the way to brighten your day.
