I'm not the person who likes to leave long comments but this place deserve it. Everyone over there were absolutely brilliant to us. From our first visit to the moment when be bought the car. That was the first ever car dealer who show car functionality, practical side of cars features rather than adds on. They have answered all our questions and purpose solutions which we weren't aware of. Through the whole process of purchasing the car communication was astonishing. Kenny, Liam, Mark and other members of the team, you all doing great job and I hope it will stay like this!!!

Saw a Kia creed online which I liked straight away, emailed in the morning before they was open and got a response back from a chap called Liam and explained to him what I am looking for, after exchanging a few emails I went to view the car on a Thursday, only recently passed my test and he took me out in the car which I was very impressed with, he explained to me it needs a service soon which was actually done the day after, my dad came to view the car on the Saturday after and by Tuesday I was driving away with it. Absolutely amazing customer service from Liam who was always so polite and welcoming as was all the other staff who walked around with smiles, absolutely over the moon with my new car and can’t thank you enough for all your help

Absolutely brilliant service. Josh took care of us till he left then Liam dempster took over. Constant contact with us on updates. Video sent of car and how to us it. Everything clearly explained on how to use the car when picking it up . All staff so friendly and not pushy in any way. We really can not fault them in any way.i would definitely recommend this place to anyone from Samuel and lisa

I'm not a direct customer of these guys, but my partner is on her third car, and I cannot rate this place enough.
Great quality cars, underpinned by great staff. Friendly, never overly pushy in their sales. The service centre is of the same standard. Helpful staff, and a warm welcome whatever the time of day.

I've been to this place twice once for service and the second time a week ago for service and MOT.

Karen is always kind and greets you with a smile and makes me a nice brew whenever I have been here.
Today on Saturday 3rd of December 2022 I was out and about in the early morning and a warning light came on stating low headlight I drove to Kia TMS around 10 am and they sorted it out for me within 20 minutes. Karen kindly made me a hot drink and a gentlemen (Damien) sorted the issue out for me.
He said the left headlight bulb was gone.
Thank you to both Karen and Damien both were very helpful and polite.

Amazing experience with this branch! My partner and i came in with hopes of buying a second-hand Stonic. Less than a week later we drove out of the dealership with our dream car! Kenny walked us through the whole process with a wonderful blend of professionalism and humour that had us feeling confident and happy the whole way through. Thank you so much Kenny!

The best of the best! I came to Kia at the beginning of November for a motabilty car and Kenny was there immediately to help. He advised me on the wait for the car and always updated me if anything changed across these past two months. We had a bit of an issue with my surname and he worked tirelessly to get things sorted. When I picked up my car today all of the team were wonderful and immediately felt welcomed and was offered a drink etc. Kenny talked me through everything and showed me around the car and explained every little detail to make sure I understood, no question was too big or too small.
