Ive just bought a new Kia from this dealership and service was excellent. Our salesman, Matt was not like your typical cars salesman just trying to get a sale. He advised on best options, answered every question we had. Was honest and very helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Was looking to trade in a Hyundai car and update to a smaller more economical car. Got valuations from all the usual online sites and a few dealerships for the types / size of cars I was interested in. Only Brindley Kia bothered to follow up the valuation with anything other than an automated sales pitch. Spoke to one of the sales team (James) and arranged to pop in and see what cars and offers they had. Eventually dealt with Matt and went through a very simple process of agreeing a suitable trade-in on my car and finding a newer car that better suited my needs. Only took about an hour to go through all the paperwork needed to secure the car and the finance. Took a couple of days either side of a weekend to get the finance and confirm a collection date. Easy to drop my car off and pickup the showroom fresh replacement. Very easy process all round and would definitely recommend Brindley Kia both for the competitive trade in price, the deal for a newer car and the hassle free handover. Thanks to both James and Matt.
